Align Health was founded by Jamie Coburn Van Horn to offer an alternative to traditional healthcare. Through her own life experiences – recovery from a severe motor vehicle accident, life/career changes, and the adoption of a neurodiverse child, Jamie was faced with navigating a path of challenges in achieving an optimal management of her desired life. Setting forth to align a group of professionals to serve her integrative health & wellness needs, Align Health – a collaborative mind body wellness approach to lifestyle management was founded.
